Cooking Method

How To Prepare

  1. Preheat roller grill for 15 minutes on HEAT/COOK.
  2. Place links on roller grill on HEAT/COOK.
  3. Heat thawed links for 30-35 minutes or frozen links for 40-50 minutes or until the internal temperature is 140-160°F.
  4. Reduce roller grill temperature to HOLD/WARM.
  5. Product must be held at a minimum of 140°F.
  6. Do not hold for more than 4 hours.
  7. *Heating times will vary for different roller grill brands.

How To Prepare

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place thawed links on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until links are browned and the internal temperature is 140°F.
